1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juan360 ("juan360," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at juan360.vip.

juan360 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.Account Registration

To access the full range of juan360 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify juan360 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

juan360 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

juan360 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

juan360 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• juan360 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals, which may require submission of identity and source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• juan360 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

juan360 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps vary by promotion and are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• juan360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

6.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the juan360 platform are governed by the following rules:

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by a live dealer. juan360 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's built-in disconnection policy. juan360 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. juan360 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be voided at juan360's discretion.
• juan360 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on juan360's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan360 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games or poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to juan360 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing juan360 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the juan360 platform — including but not limited to the juan360 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of juan360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the juan360 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any juan360 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on juan360 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the juan360 platform.
• Use the juan360 brand, name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of juan360 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

9.Privacy and Data Protection

juan360 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the juan360 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

juan360 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and juan360 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

juan360 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required for the lawful operation of the platform.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan360 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the juan360 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, disconnections, or platform downtime.
• Errors in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that juan360 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

juan360's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juan360 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude juan360's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.Account Termination and Suspension

juan360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

You may close your juan360 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

12.Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.

juan360 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
